About Jessica Baldwin

Jessica's love for real estate began in 2008 during her time as a municipal planner, where she enjoyed helping people make improvements to their most valuable assets; their homes and businesses. From there, Jessica transitioned to a local water utility where she bought and sold water company lands ranging from residential to commercial to large tracts of woodlots and open space. Jessica found enjoyment in buying and selling her own properties and helping her friends do the same, which led her to further develop her career in real estate.

Jessica believes that buying and selling real estate is about matching properties with lifestyles, supporting investment goals, and making a lasting community impact.

Jessica is down to earth and determined to make every real estate transaction an enjoyable experience for her clients. As a member of the Full Circle Real Estate Team at Coldwell Banker, she has the cutting edge tools, training, and knowledge base to help her clients succeed in reaching their goals. 

Jessica grew up in Madison, CT and currently resides in Killingworth with her husband and children.
